I am a Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public with a lifetime statewide commission. I passed the Louisiana Notary exam on the first attempt at a less than 20% pass rate. Before I ever held a notary seal I spent 15+ years as a licensed Keller Williams Realtor. I have personally negotiated, documented, and closed my own real estate purchases, sales, refinances, and HELOCs.
